This unique property, located on the 12th floor of a south-facing beachfront building, has a constructed area of 72 m² and is divided into two independent apartments, A and B.
Among its most outstanding features is its magnificent panoramic terrace with sea views, a perfect space to enjoy Mediterranean sunsets. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, hot/cold air conditioning, ceramic tile floors, and a south-facing orientation that provides exceptional natural light.
